A heartfelt hillside day of love for Jen & Sean 💛
Immersed in the laughter and love of this day, I had the joy of pulling together a relaxed, intimate design that felt true to them. Inspired by the fall hillside and rich jewel tones, we carried that warmth through every detail. Jen wanted something different for her personal florals — nothing too traditional — and she let me fully lean into creativity. So grateful to have been part of it all, both as their friend and floral designer.

What was meant to be an outdoor ceremony turned into something even more intimate. In true Outer Banks springtime fashion, Mother Nature had her way. With just 30 minutes to spare, we transformed the grand room into the perfect space for Kyle and Olivia to say “I do”—surrounded by windows, wild branches, and the soft rhythm of a spring storm.
And just after their vows? The sun made its return, casting golden light on the rest of the evening. It was never the plan, but it was everything.
